Up-Link and its Staff is continually trying to improve the quality of service we provide to our clients and recently improvements were made to the Up-Link mail server. This notice is to provide help in understanding the recent update and its noticeable changes.

** The server is requesting your log-in information when logging in to your mail program or when sending mail. This is an easy fix, simply log into your mail program {OE, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Windows Mail, etc}, locate the Properties button and under 'Account Name' add your FULL email address-- hit apply, ok and restart the program. **If using WebMail (**to be phased out soon) or Squirrel Mail all that is needed is to log in using your full email address instead of the short account name.

** As some may have noticed you are now receiving a daily email regarding "Quarantine Items", with this email you are now offered the option to log in to Clement {Spam Filter} and have more control over what email to accept or remain in quarantine status. If email is needed, simply click on the red 'Quarantine' word to the far left, a window will open and ask if 'You want to receive email from this address' click YES and your email will be mailed shortly.

**Please remember to empty the trash or deleted items folder on a regular basis as this helps to insure the server is running at top quality.

Effective December 31, 2010--Our location closes!

Due to the recent sale of the South Plaza Shopping Strip and the
extensive remodeling project to come, Up-Link Internet has decided to
close this location. Effective December 31, 2010 this location will close.

Up-Link will remain in business and continue to provide access, web
design, and hosting service to the community.

New Credit Card Processing Fee

* As of January 1, 2010 there will be a $5.00 processing fee applied to all {debit or credit} credit card transactions.

** A $10.00 fee applied to all insufficient check returns.

*** ALL TRANSACTIONS / SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

IMPORTANT Office Hours Change

Due to the recent economic changes, Up-Link management has been force to make a few temporary changes.

Starting Monday, February 2, 2009 Up-Link Office hours will be as follows:

Monday 9:00 am -- 4:00 pm
Tuesday 9:00 am -- 1:00 pm
Wednesday 9:00 am -- 1:00 pm
Thursday 9:00 am -- 1:00 pm
Friday 9:00 am -- 4:00 pm
